The Reserve at Daleville is located in downtown Daleville in the heart of Botetourt County. Our community is just 1 mile from I-81, only 20 minutes from Roanoke! Botetourt County is one of Virginia’s most scenic counties with beautiful countryside all within majestic mountain backdrops and historic towns.
Directions:
From the Northeast: I-64 West to I-81 South to US 220 North, take exit 150B (Daleville/Fincastle), continue 0.7 miles, and take a left at the stoplight onto Commons Parkway, go straight for ¼ mile, the entrance to the community is straight ahead.
From the Southwest: Route 460 East to I-81 North, to US-11/US Highway 220, take Exit 150B off 181 North, go 0.7 miles, take left at the stoplight onto Commons Parkway, go straight for ¼ miles, the entrance to the community is straight ahead.
